Scott Chedester approaches wedding planning through the lens of atmosphere, emotion, and experience.
With a background spanning luxury venues, large-scale event coordination, and immersive event design, Scott has built a reputation for creating celebrations that feel intentional from beginning to end.
His journey began at globally recognized venues like Kelly Slater’s Surf Ranch, where he developed a deep understanding of high-level event execution. After earning a degree in Planning from California State University, Northridge, he continued his career across some of California’s most sought-after wedding venues—from the Central Valley to the Central Coast.
Over the years, Scott has become known for his calm presence, thoughtful design approach, and ability to create events that feel seamless without losing personality.
